The Women of Taylor empowers and supports the advancement of women across the company. This group fosters an environment where women are encouraged to pursue personal and professional growth, leveraging a platform for mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement. By celebrating the diverse strengths and perspectives women bring to our team, Women of Taylor not only champions gender equity but also cultivates a culture of inclusivity and respect. 


(Black Employees Achieving More)

BEAM is a cornerstone initiative at Taylor designed to uplift and empower our Black colleagues. This group focuses on creating a supportive network that fosters connections, provides professional development opportunities, and advocates for the unique needs of Black employees. Through mentorship, advocacy, and educational programming, BEAM highlights and celebrates Black employees' unique cultural heritage and contributions, promoting a deeper understanding and respect for diversity within our workforce.

Taylor NextGen is crafted with the future in mind, targeting the newest wave of talent stepping into the professional world. This group focuses on nurturing early-career professionals, providing them with the tools, resources, and networks needed to thrive within Taylor and beyond. By focusing on professional development, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Taylor NextGen aims to retain and cultivate the next generation of leaders, ensuring they feel supported in their career trajectory and connected to Taylor's broader mission and values.
