Taylor Corporation Acquires Gooten

Press Release

Taylor Corporation acquires Gooten, combining print-on-demand technology, fulfillment, and global manufacturing to accelerate growth and innovation in the industry.

North Mankato, MN, Oct 24, 2025 - Taylor Corporation today announced the acquisition of Gooten, a leading print on demand technology and fulfillment provider. The Gooten technology platform, OrderMesh, along with Gooten’s growing fulfillment network will now be combined with Taylor’s national manufacturing footprint and global technology development expertise. This transaction will allow both companies to dramatically accelerate their print on demand market position.

“Joining Taylor is all about strategic growth within a critical growth segment of our industry,” said Maddy Alcala, President of Gooten. “Taylor provides the foundation to grow faster and deliver more value to our customers. The Gooten team is eager to begin this exciting path forward with Taylor,” she said.

The print on demand global market along with its brands, creators and resellers is projected to increase in revenues 10-fold by 2034. Seamlessly integrating with this vast and diverse customer base will be an essential requirement for long-term success.

“The Gooten partnership is not new to Taylor,” said Nate Mullikin, Enterprise Group President for Taylor. “As a current strategic technology provider to Taylor’s print on demand business, Gooten and OrderMesh have been critical to enhancing and simplifying the total experience for our customers from order entry to product delivery. This deeper relationship will scale our reach and capabilities in a game changing way.” stated Mullikin.

Leadership Perspective

How the Taylor + Gooten Partnership Expands What's Possible in Print on Demand

When businesses search for the best print on demand partner, they’re usually looking for two things: speed and reliability. The truth is, most providers can offer one or the other – but rarely both.

That’s why Taylor Corporation’s acquisition of Gooten, a leading print on demand (POD) technology and fulfillment platform, matters. It brings together Taylor’s nationwide production strength and Gooten’s powerful OrderMesh platform to simplify how brands, resellers, and e-commerce entrepreneurs create, sell, and fulfill custom products.

This isn’t about size for the sake of size. It’s about giving customers a faster, smarter, and more dependable way to do business.

Who Benefits Most

E-Commerce Platforms and Online Sellers

If you sell on Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, or other marketplaces, you know integration can be the biggest hurdle. The Taylor + Gooten partnership eliminates that.

  • Plug-and-play integration replaces weeks of development.
  • On-demand manufacturing happens closer to buyers, cutting shipping time and cost.
  • Sellers gain access to a broader catalog – from packaging and labels to signage and stationery – all produced within a single, reliable network.

When people look for print on demand with US manufacturing or fast print on demand fulfillment, this is what they’re hunting for: real capacity, not just promises.

Brands and Retailers

Modern brands want to move faster without sacrificing quality. This collaboration makes that possible.

  • Launch limited-run or localized products quickly.
  • Print only what sells to reduce waste and inventory costs.
  • Offer branded packaging through a partner that already powers some of the world’s most trusted names.

For those seeking enterprise print on demand solutions or custom packaging print on demand providers, Taylor and Gooten now deliver both the scale and the precision today’s retail environment demands.

Distributors and Marketing Service Providers

Resellers and agencies that rely on Taylor for commercial printing can now offer more – with less complexity.

  • Access new POD products through the same ordering relationships you already know.
  • Fulfill client campaigns faster and across more categories.
  • Compete for larger programs without expanding your own infrastructure.

It’s a new advantage for those exploring white-label print on demand suppliers for brands or on-demand printing for marketing agencies.

Why This Merger Matters

  1. Less Friction, More Focus

Integrating POD used to mean juggling multiple vendors, systems, and shipping points. Now it’s one network, one workflow, and one standard of quality. Customers can focus more on their brand and less on backend logistics.

  1. Speed to Market

Shorter onboarding, automated routing, and distributed fulfillment mean ideas become products faster. For growing e-commerce brands, that can be the difference between capturing sales opportunities and missing them.

  1. Reliability at Scale

Taylor’s manufacturing network adds stability and national reach to Gooten’s tech platform. Whether you ship 100 units or 100,000, orders move accurately and on time – backed by proven fulfillment performance.

  1. Future-Ready Innovation

This partnership clears a path for new product categories, smarter automation, and even greater visibility across every order. It’s designed for businesses that want to keep pace with how buyers shop and how brands grow.

The Bottom Line

If you’ve been researching the most reliable print on demand companies, best API-integrated print on demand solutions, or how to scale print on demand for enterprise brands, you’ve likely seen the challenges – slow onboarding, limited product range, inconsistent fulfillment.

The Taylor + Gooten merger was built to solve them.

Together, we’re setting a new standard for print on demand:

  • Technology that integrates easily.
  • Manufacturing that delivers consistently.
  • A partnership that scales with your ambitions.

Because behind every great brand, there’s Taylor – and now, even more ways to help those brands grow.
