After earning his MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, Charlie built a successful career in paper, packaging, and printing—eventually becoming a trusted partner and leader at Taylor. His long-standing relationship with Glen Taylor began as a vendor and evolved into a powerful leadership partnership grounded in mutual respect and shared vision.
Charlie’s personal journey is equally inspiring. He speaks candidly about the loss of his parents, the challenges of Alzheimer’s, and the strength of family through it all. He also shares his deep gratitude for his husband, Lance, whose unwavering support has been instrumental in both his personal and professional life.
